Paladin of Faith are fourth-tier troops of the Church of Faith. They comprise the Council of Paladins, the governing body of the Church that elects the Grand Paladin.
Overview
The Paladin of Faith is one of the top tier elite cavalry units in the game. You can acquire them by upgrading them from Templars of Faith which can be found extremely rarely at the mercenary guild.
Tactics
This is truly a fearsome unit wielding a Holy Mace. They are tough, well armored, and have high health, and with melee weapon proficiencies of 600, they are a brutal enemy for anyone to face.
It is unlikely a player will be able to field them in large numbers, so supplementing them with Dragoners for field battles or a top tier infantry unit (Huskarls, Hersirs, Northguards) during assaults will allow them to avoid being overwhelmed.
